As part of the drive to achieve ECB Clubmark status, we must produce a development plan covering short, medium and long term goals for the club. It is crucial for the credibility of this plan that the views of the club membership are fully integrated into the process.

It would be very much appreciated if you could spend a minute or two looking over this diagram and let us know if there are any other burning facility issues out there that you think would be of significant benefit (Note that items considered highest priority are shown in the largest font).

The plan will then be discussed and agreed at the 2025 club AGM.
